* REQUIREMENTS:
Windows 95/98/NT4

* INSTALLATION:
          NoDocs.exe will run from any directory.  Just make a shortcut for it.  If you want NoDocs to run at startup, then put the shortcut in your Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder.  Add the /H switch on the command line to hide the Task Bar Tray icon.

* USAGE:
          NoDocs reads the Registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER \Software \Microsoft \Windows \CurrentVersion \Explorer \Shell Folders \Recent to determine the location of the Documents folder and, then, runs in the background, monitoring the folder.  Whenever a shortcut is placed in the Documents folder, NoDocs will either move it to a new user specified directory and / or delete it from the Documents folder, depending on the command line options.

* COMMAND LINE OPTIONS:
          /H will hide the Task Bar Tray icon. Launch NoDocs a second time to restore the icon.
          /O will run NoDocs only one time and then quit.
          Enter a path on the command line and NoDocs will move all Documents shortcuts to the directory specified.
          /ND used in conjunction with a path on the command line will move but Not Delete the shortcuts from the Documents folder.
