This 1024x768 screen shot shows three Explorer folder views opened by ShortTop.  The window in the upper left corner displays fifteen small shortcut icons with the most recently used at the top.  The window on the right displays six large shortcut icons, again with the most recent at the top.  The bottom window displays ten large shortcut icons with the most recent at the left.  Each window represents a different folder containing dozens of shortcuts which can be accessed by scrolling or by pressing the first letter of the shortcut name on the keyboard.

Whenever a shortcut is double clicked, while ShortTop is monitoring the Explorer folder view for that directory, the view is updated and the icon just clicked becomes the first in the list.  Over time, the least used shortcuts migrate to the bottom of the list, while the most used shortcuts stay near the top.  The shortcuts maintain their order from one Windows session to the next, because the shortcut files receive a new date / time stamp each time they are double clicked.  You can move or copy the shortcuts from one folder to another at any time.
